Elmhurst Symphony Association | April, 2022 – Present
Chief executive officer ultimately responsible for all fundraising, marketing, and administrative needs of the Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra. Highlights:

  • Designed and implemented a new Strategic Plan, which resulted in the reversal of an 18.1% deficit into a 1.5% surplus after the first year

  • Conducted a complete systems overhaul, including migrating CRMs, ground-up rebuild of the website, and transition from general admission to reserved seating (increasing ticket revenue by 31%)

Chief executive and program officer responsible for all day-to-day operations of the orchestra. Highlights:
